you'll need to lower the graphics a little. its been a common issue with COD. it must be eating all of your avaliable ram.

change the textures to automatic should work, try that first.

    hI,

Thanks man, will try just that...I think my rig just not that powerful enough with windows 7 32 bit..(Limited ram only to 3.25 gig though i have 4 gig installed. My available memory after taking into acc windows 7 OS, window services and other ad hoc services/proceses, I am only left with with 2.3 gig RAM ( available physical memory). I dun know if my 2 gig dedicated video ram for my graphic card plus the existing 2.3 gig (available RAM) adds up to 4.3 gig. I tot that it should be more than sufficient. Sorry, just wondering does it add up like that??? Thanks anuway

Windows 32bit is limited to 4gb of ram, that includes periferal ram as well. So at peak performance (your game using all 2gb of video ram) that only leaves windows 2gb of ram for the game.

Hence the "not enough memory" error.

If you have a retail w7 disk or a oem pre bundled disk, it will contain both 32 and 64bit operating systems. 64bit allows for 128gb of ram (I think, might be more lol)
