Any wired Xbox control will work
    I use the Afterglow http://www.amazon.com/Afterglow-AX-1...low+controller

When you install the wired control make sure you go to hardware and devices and install the driver from there

    It won't work otherwise

Yes as long as you follow what we told you

Install the driver from Hardware manager

Do not try to install it by just clicking the driver for it or it will not work

    #1 Go to system properties
    #2 Device manager
    #3 Locate common class devices
#4 right click for install driver
#5 Select Xbox 360 common class controler
#6 Installed and should give device is ready signal on the notifacation window on bottom right screen

That's it and your ready to game

Any Lag you experience depends on gameplay via group session or just on your own

If your graphics card has trouble playing some tittles your controler will work only as good as the game is running it meaning if you have choppy play with your card the controler will lag only because the rendering and speed of your card isnt up to par

But on low resource type games shouldnt be a issue

Ok, I just plugged the Xbox Controller into my PC which never had this wired controller plugged into it.

Finds the drivers just fine and works, so what are the steps you are providing used for?
