Yes, Well... There are many ways of doing this. Will you and your friend be able to connect to the internet on your trip? If yes, you could make it this way: Tutorial to playing All Counter Strike games in Hamachi
If you won't have access to the internet on your trip; things might get tricky. Myself; I don't really know how to do it without the internet. Probably with a LAN cable or something.
I really can't give any "Counter Strike - Super Advice" here; Since I've never played CS.

Im not sure if this would work but Team viewer and Pc anywhere are software made for people who want to use specific laptop and pc's away from home

It would be only applied to who uses it and the other person that the software is connected too

look into that option I dont use Team viewer but my Dad does which he has a friend that helps him fix issues with his pc via his friends PC worth a shot runs applications etc......

You can use a crossover cable, as long as it's only you and your friend that are playing.

Connect LAN cable to each other. Both of you open Counter Strike. One hosts a game. Other goes on Find Server, select the LAN tab, and it'll show the host. Connect to it. Done, both of you in game.
