Scrabble - WordBiz - Blank tile blocking letter trade

As the title suggests I am having an issue with Windows 7 and WordBiz. While playing when I bring up the box to exchange tiles a 'floating' blank tile will either partially or completely obscure letters behind it and make them 'un-tradable'. This is not the case with my old XP, just both my Win 7 boxes. One running Ultimate x64 and the other Home Premium x64.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have the latest drivers to your system! If that doesn't solve your problem; try re-installing WordBiz with your AntiVirus turned off.

Does it work for you? I'm always wary of someone telling me to turn off my AV to install a program like it was the 90's again but for kicks I un-installed MSE and gave it a whirl. No luck. And yes, my system, drivers, etc. are up to date as is the other brand new laptop.

I don't have WordBiz; so I don't experience any issues! Just trying to find out solutions... Yeah, I know that one about the AV, but it's always good to try; for example: I tried to install Microsoft Flight Simulator X; and guess what? Norton's AV deleted some files because they were "Harmful"... xD

Yeah... Well... In some versions of Scrabble there are blank tiles... But not floating ones...
Probably some kind of bug (kinda obvious); Are there any settings/options in Scrabble? If yes, do you find any options that could help?
I'm not that sure what to suggest... I'll do some research and I'll be back soon! :)
