Game jumps in desktop and back to game like every 1min

So i was trying to play dins curse and when i´m in game it says like every 1 sec not responding and stops the game and continue it after 0,5sec and agai and again its realy annoying pls can any1 help me

does this happen during single player, multi player, and/or at the menu?

in sigle and multiplayer but not in menu

It could be some background processes that are interfering with the game, or it could be your pc.
What are your pc specs?

Also, do you have an antivirus that may be blocking the game?

do you have any antivirus program?

norton

disable the firewall as well as the antivirus itself, and try playing it. Odds are your antivirus has an issue with the game.

get rid of norton and go with microsoft security essentials. its easier and wont slow down your machine
