New computer get's black screen and sound gets corrupted

Hi, ill start by saying that im sorry if theres another thread like this already, atleast there where none that could help me.

I got this problem with my new computer which is when i play games recently the screen turns black (sometimes dark blue and with stripes looking graphics all over the screen). This have been happening sometimes in a week or 2 and sometimes it doesn't turn black but just get like a freeze for a few seconds and then go back to normal.

it's starting to scare me since my last computer which was a laptop had the same problem, but there was no saving it.
This computer is just a few months old, it has good RAM, CPU and graphics card.

It should pretty much make through any game on the market right now without problem.

The computer is bought as a pack from Inet and i have no idea what the problem might be, my only tought is that the drivers might be to old..?

Any help is appriciated.
