I have Aion, a pay to play MMO from NCSoft and Perfect World Int, free MMO running fine on Win 7 64 bit. Both installed and run no problem. I am going to try Farcry2, Shaiya ,Fallout3 and Oblivion over the next few days and will post what happens here.

hmm, well my friend is using the 32bit exe as well, and the 64bit crashes were without the update and now with the update.
Nba 2k10 works perfectly in 32-bit.

SimCity Societies and the expansion SimCities Destination seem to work (32bit system - Home Premium)
BUT
Contrary to Vista, for some reason Securom (I forgot it was on Societies) would give a bad Emulator Conflict. Needed to contact Securom and they sent me two quick fixes (replaces both executables). No saying this would happen to all but I would rather put the word out. At least they were very quick to reply to my query, with 1 hour and three email exchanges, everything was fixed.
