In case nobody posted it earlier, Darksiders works on 32bit, of course...

(IMHO there's no need for posting new games here, lol)
Were you able to get Thief II as well as the original or Gold to work on 32-bit Windows 7?

    what the hell?
halo: combat evolved is not very compatable with windows 7 for all i know.

My specs are more than enough to run this game ( will show later) but the game runs incredibly slow on some levels!
(halo and assault on the control room)

And i already updated the game, the drivers, put in compatability mode but it still runs slow!
the game runned perfectly when i had xp but since i installed windows 7 halo has been pretty bad.

    my specs:
    CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
    ram: 3 gb
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (build 7600), 32-bit
    graphic card: GeForce 8800 GS

Can someone see if there is some way around this?

proview, this is not the place to discuss game issues.

By the way, to those who play Darksiders on the PC, I do not recommend using ALT+TAB after the initial startup screen, it takes a while but the game will randomly crash to the desktop in the end.

The OP says that Deus Ex is working for 32-bit only, but I've got it working just fine in x64 Ultimate.

If I remember correctly, the installer is a little fidgety (you just have to tweak with compatibility settings until it works) but the game itself runs fine with no tweaks on my system.

Actually, when I installed Deus Ex (non GOTY edition) on Windows 7 64-bit, it installed without any modifications.

punjabi, this is not the place to troubleshoot game problems, please open a new thread and describe your problem in detail, also filling your system specs in your profilr (through userCP)

Back on topic, unfortunately, "The Bard's Tale" (2005) does NOT work on Windows 7 32bit. The game can be installed by running setup as admin+compatibility with XP SP3, but the game will not start no matter which settings are applied

EDIT- I stand corrected, the game DOES work, but it requires an unusual approach.
Out of desperation I downloaded a no-CD crack, set the compatibility mode to XP SP3, disabled desktop composition and scaling on high DPI settings, as well as allowed admin privilege level on the compatibility tab, and the game works fine lol.
