Not working on Windows 7 x64:

Colin McRae Rally 2 - crashes on car tuning screen, I couldn't find a workaround.

I've now upgraded to Win7 64bit Ultimate. Both the 32 and 64 bit versions work until patched. Could it be caused by hardware? (Drivers etc...)

COD 4: Modern Warfare runs great with my Windows 7 x86!

Working with minor issues on Windows 7 x64:

Captain Claw - this game has a 16-bit installer, but you can install it in Virtual XP Mode and copy to your 7 harddrive. Works perfectly with Win98 + 640x480 + 256 colors compatibility settings. The game itself didn't run in XP Mode. You may also need to check the "Disable direct video access" in "Advanced settings" of the game's CD autorun before copying the game to Win7.

Windows 7 (x64) retail

Working unly unreliably with minor issues/fixes required:-

1 - Sudden Strike Arms for Victory (x64) 1.4 r148307.EN patch/addon.
Requires updated Tages (x64) driver from TAGES, the AAA Copy Protection System to work.

Executes, but subject to occasional crashes.

Sid Meier's Railroads! works great on x86.

Correction on your list.
Star Wars Battlefront II does NOT work in windows 7.
