Steam crashes as soon as I login?

Just recently, I was starting up Garry's Mod 13 Beta to play it with my friend and Steam crashed. I started Steam back up, typed my Username and Password and about a second after pressing log in, it crashes. It wont crash till I click on it. I've waited a hour for it to respond, still nothing. I know it wasn't GMod 13 Beta, because I've played it plenty of times before this. I've downloaded the installer and repaired it. Will I need to fully uninstall Steam and reinstall? If so, will I have to reinstall ALL my games?

EDIT: It doesn't even go to the "USERNAME logging in" or whatever it says.
It crashes right at the Username and Password part.

Backup your steamapps folder so you don't lose your steam games by moving the folder to a different location and reinstall steam and put your steamapps folder back in the steam folder. Maybe steam has corrupted, see if it works by doing a reinstall .

    FAK.
    Too late for that.
Sorry, I didn't think of that.
    Reinstalled. It's updating now.

    I've reinstalled Steam.
It still crashes on me while trying to log in.
Can someone please tell me what could be causing this?

I ran CCleaner. It scanned and fixed some registry files. I noticed some was about the hl2.exe. Don't know what about it though. It's fixed, at least for now..
