Will my PC run Assassin's Creed III at a playable level.

    Hey guys

I really thought I had a good PC, but the site Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements says that I do not even have the minimum requirements to run Assassins Creed III. Not only that, but It also says that I wouldn't be able to play a number of other games such as Elder Scrolls and Diablo III, both of which are games my friends play on PC and I was sure my laptop was better suited for gaming. The main reason the site says I can't play these games is because they require around 256 MB of dedicated video ram and it says I only have 128 MB, is there anyways to improve this or will the game still play like this? Here are the specs I know how to find, if anything else is needed let me know!

-Window 7 Home Premium, 64-bit Operating System ( model: Aspire V3-571)
-Intel core i5-2450M 2.5GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz
-Intel HD Graphics 3000, up to 1760 MB Dynamic Video Memory
    -8 GB DDR3 Memory.
    -750 GB HDD

Not sure if there is anything else to add, let me know if I missed something. It just confuses me because I know I played games like Diablo II on a much older and cheaper laptop with no problems

    Thanks!

I suggest bookmarking this site as well.

    It's generally pretty accurate.
Obviously you'll not get the dx11 features out of the game as you don't have a dx11 graphics device it should play though.

...and yes you must have a constant and active connection to ubisoft every second the game is running even when in single player.

If this is a desktop PC, just add a video card. Then you should be fine.

If this was a game made by say Infinity Ward, I would say you won't have much problems with it but, this is a game made by one of the cheesy Ubisoft Houses so we all know it will be a shady, unfinished half assed console to pc port... translation = even top of the line rigs will have a hard time playing the game, if you can at least install it that is

I would wait for the reviews to come out, I would also go to the ACIII forums and read what other players are saying and then decide whether I want to take a chance or not.

Now, as far as you doing something with your notebook, not that much because you have good ram, is just that tour video card is a little lanky for gaming
