Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Service Pack 1

Looking at your System info, I would suggest you change your mechanical HDD (is it mechanical?) to an SSD. You won't benefit much from a processor upgrade. Your RAM, unless using memory intensive applications (Adobe Photoshop, VMWare) should be okay.

Can't think of anything else really.

Windows 7 x64 (Ultimate)

If money is no object, why not? but, if you have no problems running your apps and games with what you have now, why upgrade?

You are pretty much in the same predicament I am and the itch of upgrading is always there but, I guess due to the economy I need to wait, perhaps for the better as when I am ready, the newest things will probably be better than now... at least, that is what I am telling myself

Get a ssd, probably best upgrade you can do. Other stuff seems alright well at least in my opinion like Oreo said.
