What's a good head set for pc gaming

So yea what's a good pc head set? My budget is around 60-100$usd. I would like something with clear sound and a decent mic.Maybe listen to music at times or play a shooter online and /or listen to music at the same time ect btw I don't mind buying it online.

I found these on my Newegg.com daily emails. I don't have a personal opinion on them but they are well within your budget, hence, why I am posting it. Google a review before purchase though.

Newegg.com - SteelSeries Spectrum 5XB Headset for PC & Xbox 360 w/ Braided Cable, AudioMixer & Retractable Microphone

I also found the following ones below. Again, no idea if they do what you want, I also found them cheap and within your budget price.

Have been using this for about the last six months or so,

Newegg.com - Corsair Vengeance 1300 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Analog Gaming Headset

and they sound great, and very comfortable (too me). No complaints about mic quality either from those I game with.

They also have an USB version,

Newegg.com - Corsair Vengeance 1500 USB Connector Circumaural Dolby 7.1 Gaming Headset

same specs and gets good reviews.

Just a tad over his budget but Green is always more expensive... because its faster. Wait!, is that only when it comes to motorcycles?

Might take that into considerations possibly, tad over my budget though. The one I linked to,do surround sound head sets really make a difference or they just gimmicks? Like is it easier to hear your surroundings from further away or around you? Also does it greatly increase music quality? Also this razer head set anygood?

Bit cheaper then the other one but idk if it's like a really big difference that I would notice it.

I used to have some Plantronics products (wireless phones) and although they were cheap and did their job, you new they were cheap material just by looking at them, sound was ok but not even Std, etc, etc.

Being said that, that was a long time ago and perhaps their quality control has upped the anty?

I game with some old Refurbished Sony bluetooth headsets that I swear by it, they also have the option for voice but I only use them as headsets. Now Sony products are not what they used to and the Razer brand is all over the place... perhaps those are the way to go?
