i got a question, will a motherboard update maybe help? i mean like one of these ASRock > Products > Motherboard > N68-VS3 FX > Download
and you do have audio or had audio before trying this driver right? and mobo in specs is the mobo you are using in this machine?
yes, but when i do a scan with CPUID, i tells my i have another motherboard
the motherboard being updated might help. Take caution when doing this update though.
Read this for info on why bios/motherboard updates are done rarely and with caution: How to Update Your Computer's Bios - wikiHow
Ok. post the info on that motherboard. either the screenshot or by typing in all info present including the revision #
If you have a different mobo, then you don't need the VIA driver. you will need something else.
Okay look, this is the receipt i still have with the specs that should be in there
and this is what cpuid says. 7e601d3a306b58080f3a311cc5d4133e.png
and wich bios should i download? i realy dont know
Ok here is the motherboard then: ASRock > 960GM-GS3 FX
and it does have realtek so the VIA is incorrect. Try to install this driver: (Realtek high definition audio driver ver:6433) ASRock > 960GM-GS3 FX
Also, don't install the bios update that you listed, you would need a bios version for this motherboard. and the bios update would be a last resort.
Also note from that receipt. That company should never have sent out a HD7770 with only a 420W PSU.
Since win7 x64 was pre-installed by this company, i would double check to make sure you are actually running x64 and using all your ram....
