    strange problem ,blurry lines


    im having strange problems with pes 2009 and pes2010 demo when in full screen mode i keep seeing blurry horizotall lines going upwards and its really annoying .it wasnt doing it yesterday but i go back to play it today and its come back..it does this when maximized in any res, but in window mode doesnt ,does anyone know why this is happening just in these two games but not in any other games?

    im using 32" hdtv

    has anyone else experienced similar problems

    Corrupt drivers? Check you video, audio and monitor drivers, download the latest version, uninstall the ones you have now, restart and install a fresh copy of them... don't forget to use "Run as Administrator".

    If that's not it... I'm stumped!

    i found the problem i changed the vertical refresh slider in ccc in the 3d section of it to always on rather that on unless application specified and that seems to of done the trick

    Well, glad that was an easy fix... pin pointing the problem could get extremely frustrating at times

    actually the problem has reurneD,ive tried every possible setting in ccc .
    Seriously if i had epilipsy id probably be dead now ,, the blurry lines when games in action or just load screen are transitioning is awful ,its like my tv refresh rate is 1mhz
    i play pro evolution soccer @ 1920-1080 res what can only be played at full screen @ th@ res,but when i ALT-TAB it likes put the game in a window what doesnt fit the screen its to large ,but the games fine like that and no refresh rate issue.when playing at 1280- 720 in window mode again its fine but the window border at the top is annoying,but again soon as i double click the window at the toip too maximize the screen ,what makes it about a cm bigger, then the awful horizontal BLURRY LINES COME BACK .im getting seriously peed of with it,,one minute it works then the next 3 months it doesnt

    has anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?

    Seems to be a problem with Windows 7 forcing monitors to refresh at 59hz causing pes to disable vSync

    The 59hz issue is very common from the sounds of it.

    Could be miles out but try searching for 59hz and see if thats your problem

Just trying to see if anyone can help point me in the right direction before I completely rear down my PC, replace components and do a fresh install. The other day, out of the blue with no prior issues of its kind, my screen just decided to basically distort itself with lines across the screen....
Hi people I have come here as a last resort. I just tried to play Fallout 3 and Fallout 3: New Vegas both games are displaying horrible blue distorting wavy lines both in the menu and in the game. There are no other issues but it is quite unplayable, especially in dark areas...most of the game...
OK so I have two monitors of 1920 by 1200 pixels each, one HP the second Iiyama. Each is supplied by a DVI cable (I have two Nvidia Geforce 210 graphics cards each of which has a DVI output at the native resolution). Recently the Iiyama stopped being identified as an Iiyama and was just labelled...
EDIT:I have found a solution, using a DVI to HDMI cable on an amd card will fix this problem, this thread can now die, hopefully someone else will find it if they have this problem. Basically, i know what the problem is, but not how to rectify it. My tv (Sceptre X235BV-FHD, a rebranded sony...
Strange black lines

Ok i have seen this before not only with W7 but vista as well.. when i see certin error messeges i get all these black lines.. Would anyone have an idea as to what can cause this.. it will go away at some point but would like to know why..
