Buzzing sound when playing games on Fullscreen

And not just fullscreen. Saaaay... Farm Frenzy? Or any other game. Computer makes a buzzing noise on EVERY game I play when it loads something from the game. It's not from the speakers, it's from the computer itself. What's the catch?

Can you take the side panel off and try and pin point the location of the buzz? Is the a retails PC? What size PSU does it have?

I'm not going to take off the side panel just for that. I think it's coming from the GPU fan.
