    Game in software rendering mode after factory reset


    As title! I believe that has something to do with DirectX settings, and have found that version 11 is installed but without parameters set. Running dxdaig> display shows none of the three accelerators is available.

    Can someone point me tp the probale cause and its solution? Please!
