Final Fantasy 7 available on Steam.

Steam version of Final Fantasy 7 has 'Cloud Saves'.

That was it. Seriously, it's FF7. If you hated it, you're not going to like it any more now. If you loved it, you've probably already bought this. If you've not played it before, you're too young to care. Looks slightly better than PS1. You can mod it to make it look better, but it will still never look amazing.

It's FF7, you should know about this game by now.

    That is all.

    Modded it. Looks good too.

Actually, I can only take screenshots in windowed mode, which isn't supported by a couple of features like bloom lighting, so it actually looks a little better than the screens do when I play normally. Attempting to take screens in fullscreen just makes a completely black image.

I'm thinking we might see Injustice show up on PC later this year as well, that's also supposed to be decent. I might get it if it does.

I've already got MK 9 on the PS3 though, so it showing up on Steam was no big deal to me. It's a direct port as far as I can tell. It comes with the DLC, but there have been no real enhancements over the console versions to the game that I'm aware of.

I wouldn't mind seeing the first two [and probably 3, which is just okay] show up on Steam though. That would be cool. The rest is just meh, until MK 9 came around.

Tifa's Bootleg, the program I used to Mod FF7, is sweet. Especially if you pick up the torrent. It's got all the compatible mods included [fair warning: the torrent version is 17gb] and you can switch them out. You can also pick just the mods you want to save space, though several are required for the program to run properly, they are clearly labeled and easy to find though.

I recommend the Torrent if you've got the HDD space. It includes some difficulty mods and a couple of conversion and gameplay mods besides the texture replacements as well. I'll probably end up playing through it a couple of times because of how easy it is to mod with that program.

You just select what mods you want from a series of drop down lists on a GUI interface and hit the button on the side once you've set it how you want.

The complete Mod torrent can be found here: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?to...6162#msg196162

The Bootleg program itself as well as a great tutorial that details everything you need to do step by step is here: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=13212.0
