GTA San Andreas (and all previous)
Splinter Cell 3: Chaos Theory (and all previous)
NFS Most Wanted (and all previous)
Call of Duty 4 (and all previous)
actually there are a lot of games that will run fine on your machine that were release in 2005 and before.

DiRT (just try, looks like unplayable)

You are able to play GTA 4 on your setup just if you get all the latest patches as it will optimize your setup. i managed to do the same with your setup but a gforce 7600gs 512MB
You will also be able to play BULLY scholarship edition
and train simulator 2012
its not a very demanding game set to high on my rig i was averaging 50 - 60 fps
This is what you can achieve with your pentium 4 rig this was mine ...
