Hi Alien51,
Go to control panel==> System
Choose Advanced System Settings
==> Under System Properties, select Settings from the Performance section at the top.
==>Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab.
==>Select “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select”.
==>Find the executable file for the application that triggered the error
==>Select the application causing the error and click Open to add it to your DEP Exceptions list.
==>Click OK to save your new settings.

From where are you starting the PS2 launcher ? Via steam or from the desktop, without any steam interaction ? I've seen a few cases where the launcher breaks cause of steam..
