    Hi Shankly,

Are the games on Steam or another platform? How are you installing them? From CD/DVD or downloading and installing? And is it coming up with any particular errors when you try to launch the games?

Well, it may be a new pc, it may even be as newer as buying it 2 hours ago but the audio and video drivers, as well as the chipset drivers may be a couple (if not a few) months old.

Since you have an Nvidia card, I suggest you install their Nvidia Geforce Experience, it will help with your games and it will help keep your drivers up to date.

I would also suggest you download the latest audio drivers straight from the manufacturer.
