    Yep same thing, i think i saw them on youtube so i'm not missing much...
    On what types of configurations have they tested Fallout 3?
    geez about 15% of the game is not playable...

    Fallout 3 works for me no problem at all Win7 RTM. Strange game for sure.

    its a "cult classic". they just released 1,2, and tactics in a collector ed. pack.
    ($20 for 3 old a** games, but they rock)

    Second monitor no-no?


    I had that "start, black screen, crash" problem. Disabling the second monitor from Ultramon helped.

    hi grayson, welcome to sevenforums,

    i'm afraid it looks like your install media is corrupt - a scratched dvd perhaps? (i presume e: is your dvd drive?)

    i don't know what to suggest except for the obvious 'try cleaning the disc'.
