Right any games other then the one's you listed would give you trouble anything of the newer tittles or even tittles 3 years ago will give you some trouble

You must have really low frame rates with that set up if it's HD graphics hard to recommend for that

You could push your system and try/test some of the newer games but I doubt you will like the end result (frames per second) because of your GPU (primarily) and your CPU/RAM.

If you are willing to risk it, then I will suggest games like CoD MWs, not because they are better than others but because they seem to be well made/coded/programmed and less of a burden on systems than others I have played... again, this is not to say that your system will handle it.

If money is tight right now and you can not afford a newer system, perhaps you should consider saving money little by little until you can come up with at least a superior combo of Mobo/CPU/RAM/GPU/PSU because even if you re use your old drive and cd/dvd, you can still get away with playing decent levels of FPSs (frames per second).

And NO, I don't mean buy the latest and the greatest but, you could buy the best or second best of last years and I can guarantee you that you will have a rig for a few years to come... I say this considering what you have now and your willingness to try newer games

I am one of those that has to scrap for newer systems and don't really care if I can only do 30 t0 40 FPS instead of 100... if I had the money to burn, then we wouldn't be having this conversation

I hope the storm hasn't affected you or your family too much. There are a lot of people from the Philippines in my area and many of them are worried and praying for their friends and families over there.

If you can run the games you listed you should be able to run the first two Max Payne games. Don't even bother with Max Payne 3 though. It's way above your PC's abilities.

You could run System Shock 2, Duke Nukem 3D, Doom 1 + 2, Half-Life 2, Red Faction 1 + 2, Portal, Painkiller Black Edition, and Killing Floor. All decent First person games. Portal is a first person puzzle game, but well worth playing.

You could also run Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition for PC. That's got shooting elements and hack and slash gameplay.

Bully should run as well as it's running on the GTA engine.

If you're interested in RPGs you could also play Neverwinter Nights 2, Baulder's Gate 2, Torchlight 1 + 2, Diablo II, or Knights of the Old Republic 1 + 2. Make sure you pick up the restored content mod for KotOR 2 if you get it. System Shock 2 is also an RPG, but it's also a first person shooter.

Thief, Thief 2, and Thief 3 will run. They're first person games as well, but stealth games and not shooters.

Terraria is a sort of 2d Minecraft with 16bit style graphics and it will run on what you have.

You could also get the Sega Genesis and Megadrive packs off of Steam. They're about $7.50 each and include several Genesis or Megadrive games in each pack. A lot of variety there for cheap. There's also a Sonic the Hedgehog pack. A few of the newer releases won't run on your system, but Sonic 1, 2, Sonic and Knuckles [Sonic 3], Sonic AdventureDX, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic CD, Sonic Spinball, and Sonic the Hedgehog 4 will all run on your PC.

Sonic Generations, All-stars Racing and All-stars Racing Transformed are included as well, but they're a bit much for your current hardware.

There aren't really a lot of new games that will run on your hardware to be honest. Until you upgrade you're pretty much stuck with retro gaming I'm afraid.

I see you have a Intel G41 Express Chipset Family which is Intel GMA X4500 which really sucks.
Get yourself an HD 6670 and you'll be fine
