playing commandos 2 men of courage by startup measuring performance

while it was working the first time when i re-installed my computer the game keeps saying measuring performance but did exactly the same as the first time i played it on this computer i have the newest driver software for my video card and so ever i cant find anny way to let it work again and on a other forum it says it wil work with my version of windows

A trivial workaround might be to try to run it as administrator.

My guess is that it measures performance, but then cannot store that data because of permissions, so it does that again over and over.
Can you save games normally? Or have any other kind of problem besides that?

uhm yes i did try that but i cant even start the game

a store called intertoys i dont know if you have it in your country or land but is a play store like games and toys
