its kind of gta style, but being police back in the day! It has terrible optimization but with a 280x you will have no trouble maxed out:)

It's brilliant and has a deep story line but it's poorly optimized and poorly executed by Rockstar. It runs at 30fps only, badly implemented features and a lazy port (again ) by Rockstar.

I'd say get it if you don't have a console or other wise give it a miss.

I don't have any sort of game console, and prefer to keep it that way. If I can't play it on PC, I'll never play it

Anyway I'm considering getting this now since it's only 5 bucks, though I've got other games to play/finish ahead of it.

    Thanks

Fair enough it's definitely worth a play through. Am with you on this PC rule except for the new GTA's, as Rockstar release PC games 10'000 years after the consoles and as we know and are poorly ported *cough* GTA 4 . Although Max Payne 3 was a good port. (Well it worked brilliantly for me) :)

Its worth $5 easy. Fun game.

The 30FPS will bug you at first. And apparently they had to do it that way because of motion capture. Any faster throws things off. Or so they say.
But after a while you start to get used to it and it doesn't seem so bad. At least for me.

I have it for PC and have played it on the PS3. And after spending time with both, the PC version is still the better version IMHO, despite the flaws.
