    Hi Sally, welcome to sevenforums.com

Unfortunately, without knowing your system specs, it is hard to say why that is happening... all I can say is that, I would try updating my audio and video drivers by going to the manufacturer's website and downloading their latest one.

Yes, if Toshiba has an automated update option you can do so even though... if you give us the model of your toshiba, it would be easy to get the specs and perhaps give you a further hand.

    welcome to sevenforums sally,
there is a little tool here on this tutorial,
it will collate all your specs and then you can copy and paste them into the field for your spec in the user control panel.

follow the tutorial and you will be ok,
    its perfectly safe. :)

OK, this may help... Driver Details - Toshiba

I can't find the Toshiba Download Manager on that site and in the US site, your model does not exist so I don't want to guess.

Thank you. Updated the driver and reinstalled game but still not working. Maybe I just repel technology:)

well, it could be as simple as your laptop not being capable of playing said game... mainstream laptops are capable of pretty much everything except playing games or most games.
