I don't trust them anymore. They stoled my disk

I still cannot believe they stoled my .......

Modern Warfare 2 disk. I just bought on line Battlefield 3....No more ordering of the disk through the mail.

Its better to download it on line. Mine was packaged with NO disk....

Your info is confusing. Who stole it, how did you get it with no disk? Online is the only way to download. The seeped depends on 3 things:
1. Your provider's bandwidth
2. The load on the server where the file is
3. The size of the file

I too have Cox here in Phoenix, AZ; and yes it is usually pretty quick. have you checked for possible firmware updates for your router(if connected via router) or the modem? Also; one thing that sometimes works is to power cycle your equipment. Unplug modem and or router(if applicable) and wait for about 30 secs or so then plug it back in and let it reboot. Doing this refreshes the connection and clears out the modem cache. See if that possibly works for you?
