I think I might agree with you here, but Im not sure.

I hate this game. It makes me want to just quit and not play anymore at times. But then I start playing again ( within minutes). Ive been at it non stop since release LOL. It really worms its way into your head.

    Its a love hate thing.

In all seriousness, I really do love it.
I die ALOT as I am not the greatest Bloodborne/Souls player. But its weird. Because everytime I die I know why. I did something stupid, moved to quickly, missed an obvious "MOVE YOUR BUTT NOW!" signal, didn't pay close enough attention to my surroundings before engaging etc.
I get frustrated, but dont feel as if the games cheating me so to speak.

I also think it should be survival horror LOL. Scary sometimes treading into the unknown.
I also like the the way the game doesnt really tell you anything in regards to where to go or what to do. No quest log, so you have to listen. You are told verbally, "Go find the Church Workshop" and Thats all you get for a hint. No way point, nothing. You all on your own. while that mat sound bad for some games, with this one it works well.

And I just learned something too.
If its a bit too challenging, and you have a ton of Insight, buy stuff at that little insight store and drop it to below 15. 15 Insight and above starts giving enemies new powers and abilities, and even some new ones, like those nasty shadow beasts. Tested and confirmed this!
Kinda like a in game way of upping the difficulty. Although its quite challenging as is.

    Sorry, Im rambling again.
The short of it, IMHO, Bloodborne is one of those few games thats worth the $60 price tag. Especially if you likes the Souls games.

I hear you. I think that is the fun of it, not knowing where to go, be completely surprised when enemies come out of nowhere etc. Remember to use your storage in hunters dream and keep farming for a little bit. Makes things a lot easier.

Lot of people hated those games.
Personally, I liked them. Not the best FF game made, but good I thought.

I liked XIII better than i did XIII-2 though. But Im weird I guess since I dont follow popular opinion about them.

I finished Dragon Age Inquisition yesterday, only took me like 90+ hours though I have not yet killed all dragons and well I haven't crafted all the superb runes because I did not know you could farm things. It's sad that the game was so short, though the ending scene gave me hope.
I'm about to finally finish it off within the next day or two. Have to work around school and homework. Anyway I'm on the last quest and all my little side quests are done. Now we just need to deal with Corypheus and his beast. BTW I did manage to kill all 10 Dragons but the achievement tracker is borked for this so no "official" achievement even though it shows in-game that I killed all 10 dragons...

Not that I care about achievements as I don't think I've played any game where I got all of them, but I did want this one

And yeah, the main story line is a bit short. It's the side quests and other stuff that stretches the game.
The last dragon in Emprise du lion was quite hard. After playing a while with 4 mages I realized nothing could get to me, I was like part of a fantastic 4 team :P

But it was nice to hear that Jaws of Hakkon will be out so now I will have to play it some more.

Yea, it is a very pretty game. XIII-2 isnt as pretty. Not sure why.

The only thing about the game is the first part of it. Its a bit boring combat wise due to the fact your really only need to do auto battle for the most part.

But, as the story progresses, you level up etc things really start to open up more and you'll start needing to watch closely to what you are doing.

Another thing to look forward to is while the first few chapters are quite linear, it does open up later on.

Look at it as a big tutorial.

    Enjoy! Was a blast IMHO.
