Enjoying AC Syndicate and it's really way better than Unity in regard of everything from Gameplay/Story/Performance. Playing it on almost maxed out settings except shadows which really kills the frame rate and not just that it doesn't add up anything noticeable to the graphics with PCSS so I set the shadows on medium and environment detail at high as it just make the vegetation visible at far distances which isn't noticeable at all. Game performs very well at from 55 to 60fps solid with adaptive v-sync from the NVCC and disabled from in-game.

Both the Frye Twins are loveable characters and yes this time they really have come back to the roots. Map is huge filled with beautiful Victorian architecture. The have reduced the peds which is a good thing as well cut down shortcuts from building windows that I guess helped the game to improve framerate dramatically. I also noticed the characters facial features were just marvelous in Unity but here they definitely reduced some things. Buggy ride is a great addition and that rope hook to travel between large gaps comes in real handy in the world for traveling as well eliminating threats and escaping. Combat feels alive now and response of your buttons is very good.

All in all if you were disappointed like me with the Unity then Syndicate is the real deal to regain your interest in the series and Ubisuckoft finally have learned them lessons a bit and provided a overall better game unlike Unity.
I just got this game. It is really fun and looks great. This is my first time playing the series.

Yes indeed and the latest patch also supports 60fps clothing now all you have to do is to go to My Documents/Assassins Creed Syndicate and open AC.ini and add the "FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS=1" parameters under [OPTIONS] and your all set

See the link for more info about the Update 1.31:
Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate – Update 1.31 Now Available, 30FPS Cloth Physics Fix Via AC.INI File | DSOGaming | The Dark Side Of Gaming

    Enjoy the beautiful Victorian London!

P.S. I also bought Saints Row IV (Game of the Century Edition) for $5.99 on Steam Winter Sale! :)

Just picked up Skyrim, Garry's Mod, and Space Engineers on the Steam Winter sale.

Garry's Mod, I have no clue what's going on. Same with Space Engineers.

    But Skyrim looks interesting.

Garry's Mod is pretty fun sandbox game.
Basically you can do many, many things. If you have other Source games I suggest you download them also so you can import their stuff.Also,single-player after some time can be boring and depressing so I suggest you to hop on some servers (many interesting modded servers like Trouble in terrorist town which is really fun).

Skyrim is really fun game, especially with DLCs (Downguard,Dragonborn,Hearthfire <meh, you can get a wife) but the core game is pretty damn good - never ending!I suggest you to level carefully as your enemies will also level along with you.And do more side questing,IMO I beat game's main quest pretty early and game became boring.

Good to know. I can't figure out what to do with Garry's Mod. It looks interesting, but I have no idea how to get it to do anything other than have that bald guy run around with a laser gun. I guess I'll search the internet for a guide or two. If I can't find one, I'll just consider my $2.75 wasted.

I've got the DLC for Skyrim. I can't wait to start an actual game. Maybe later tonight. :)

There are quite a lot Garry's mod guides on Steam community hub.Game doesn't have any real objective ,basically you do what you like; create forts, spawn NPCs and watch them kill each other or you kill them, create vehicles, rockets, etc.
