Never used Steam on a system partition. So every time I screw something up, or decide to test something that ends up with me doing a clean install, I still have all my Steam games already there
I've a 512gig Samsung 850 Pro SSD drive, but all my games, including my steam based ones are on my partitioned 2TB drive. I have a 800 gig Games partition where there's only 239 gig left on it.

Anyway I just did a repair install a couple of weeks back and it sure is nice not to have to download those Steam, and Origin games again.

I hope you have a lot of space in your Games drive. It is supposed to be 50 GB. I have never had a game that big. I'm glad I don't have to download it with my sorry internet speed.
Well Christmas is coming up and maybe i can use a 2TB Drive for Steam and redo my system also revamp the one upstairs ahhhh the sales are coming the sales are coming

Oh, God, the sales. I can't even bear to think about the sales. I'm gonna go broke! lol
I started installing Steam in the 2nd partition when I did a re-installation of Windows. Games are easy enough to transfer like Source games but some games like GTA IV requires uninstallation.

You folks seem like you know more about games than I do, would one of you happen to know how to sell or trade items in Team Fortress 2?

    Thanks,

Have you bought something from the mann co store? If your f2p on that game, trading is limited.

You trade ppl by adding them or if you're in a sever open up the menu were you can see loadouts and backpack and click trading then a list with ppl on the sever to send a trade request should come up. Also if you're new to trading I would suggest going to a site called backpack.tf where the community list and votes on prices on items so you don't get ripped off. If you need more help feel free to add me on steam, just send me a private message and ill'l link you my steam profile so you can add me or ill'l add you.

For those of us that don't necessarily speak text or acronyms... what is "f2p"? "ppl"?

We can assume, but it helps to be clear when someone is trying to learn how to do something. Spelling things out clears up any confusion.

    Thanks

So, can I trade some stuff that I find? I have two of the same weapon which I found, and I want to know if I can trade it.

No, I haven't spent any money or bought anything in the Mann. co. store.

You can trade any items as long as it is labeled "Tradable". But as an F2P player, you are limited to what you can only trade (ex. Ellis' Cap and Frying Pan from L4D2 is tradable for both F2P and Premium players).

To be a premium account holder just buy anything from the Mann Co. Store.
