Been playing Metro 2033 redux - and I'm hard pressed to really spot any visual improvements. In some ways, from memory, it looks worse.

However what is truly noticeable and more important - is the vastly improved performance.

And playing in Ranger Mode with the audio switched to Russian (with English subtitles) has made the overall 2033 experience so much better.

However, if you already have Last Light and all DLC - don't bother with the redux version.
Thinking of buying that, worth it?

The game really didn't entice me at all, even up until the last mission. That's why I stopped playing. The storyline and setting are good, but idk...

Playing Dead Rising 3. Pretty much the same basic gameplay as 2 although it is much prettier

I actually can't believe how Sims 4 is so lightweight and fast in loading... everything. Even on my mediocre little Acer, it runs really smooth and loads pretty fast. Not a lot of customization, and it's too bad we can't seem to change the color of clothes ourselves - the presets mostly work, but it's a downside compared to 3.

Still, the game definitely looks and feels much better than before.

Personally I think the 2033 redux version is worth it. it's a lot more polished and enjoyable to play than it's first release.

And only the Last Light redux if you haven't already got it.

    Hope you enjoy mate :)

And if you haven't played either Metro game before, playing the "Spartan" mode is recommended if you prefer a easier, more traditional FPS experience (more ammo, items etc) . If you have played before and are looking for more of a challenge and closer to the developers intentions, Survival in Ranger mode is the way to go.

(I just had a look at yours specs and I'm not sure what GPU you have, but just double check it will meet the requirements. While it's far more optimized and smoother, it's still quite a resource demanding game)
