Oh man good news I copied the Reloaded Setup from my friend's place came back home and installed it then installed Social Club installed from the data as well and signed-in with my account in SC and it downloaded some 50mb files then again download around 1gb of files and then finally installed latest updates!!! and guess what the game is running now I'm very happy! It's ok to have few crashes during gameplay but it's much better then not able to play at all!

Glad you got it working, I would take crashing over the stuttering i'm getting constantly since the version 1.27. Maybe I should reinstall the game.

Yeah I'm getting some stuttering as well. I believe that can be fixed through NV control panel. There is a guy on some other forum who posted custom settings for AC Unity through Nvidia Control Panel and believe me every one who used those settings including me the game is running smooth as silk on Maxed Out settings. I think that can be done with GTA V as well.

I actually have 1.28 and its not just me see here and here. I'm on windows ten now and same issues. You can create the stuttering really bad if you get a lot of cops on you at night in the desert no matter what settings the game is at so its a like light rendering issue (the cops have all the lights on there cars).

Rockstar is really bad at optimizing GTA for PC. I wish in next upcoming update the stuttering will be gone. Playing on Maxed Out doesn't feel like playing it at Maxed Out!

Before 1.27 and beyond I got 60fps consistent and not stutter but did not have the game maxed as I only had 2x 780's at the time.
