Windows 7: freecell is sluggish after reinstallation of win 7

Lenovo USB 2.0 audio
Realtek high definition audio,

that is all I have under the video section

this is getting very complicated, last time I just downloaded one file to sort it, I will continue to look for that file, thanks anyway

Video Card: 1D3VDO05WW5 NVIDIA was corrupt, when I tried to install it, it told me it was already on my computer, click "yes to all" and it installed ok after restart.

Thanks for all you assistance, hope this will help someone else with this problem.
