Counter strike 1.6 with ati hd2400 problem :s

Good, is the following, my game is with two black bars on either side, and I do not know how to solve this problem. This only happens with this windows. I wish someone could help me solve this problem. I have an ATI Mobility HD2400 and installed the drivers that are on site for windows 7 ati hd 2000 series. Thanks

Set the resolution in the game to one that is the same aspect ratio of your monitor.

The definition I use in windows is 1280x800, and the resolutions of the game are three: 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768. None of them takes the black bars :s

    That's a game issue then.

ATI Tray Tools could possibly help you. Don't ask me how, because I don't know. But it might.

I downloaded this program indicating to me that you do not know how to work with him. In counter strike, I can only play it in widescreen mode, in normal mode are always the black bars on the side.

That's how it should be at those aspect ratios. Everything is correct. You need to set the game at 16:10 ratios for full widescreen. If you can't, sol.

    What you use in Windows = 1280x800 = 1.6 aspect ratio = 16:10

Your monitor is a 16:10 widescreen monitor.

You need to select the same aspect ratio for the game so it doesn't have black bars.

    Proper choices include -
    1680x1050 (1680/1050 = 1.6 = 16:10)
    1280x800 (1280/800 = 1.6 = 16:10)
    960x600 (960x600 = 1.6 = 16:10)

See the pattern there? All 16:10 - those are your choices. If you don't have those choices in the game, sol. Or you need something to stretch the screen, ruining aspect ratio and distorting the game incorrectly.
