Thanks for the insights Boozad I will definitely buy it as soon as I will get it on cheap price from some legit site as for now there's much in my plate already if you know what I mean but having another gem in the inventory is always welcome!

I havent really got going in it yet. Playing Alien Isolation and Murdered Soul Suspect ATM. But what I did play seemed good.

It does seem very Silent Hill-ish, with a bit of the original Resident Evil.
Not that thats a bad thing. It does seem promising. Should be getting to it soon.

Just played through from where I got pushed back to earlier and completed it all quicker and quieter, saving all of my best ammo for the boss at the end. After hitting him with everything I had and getting blown to bits in one go I decided to turn it off. I'm quickly going off this game, I know bosses are supposed to be hard but my ammo was full and I emptied the lot into him for him not to die. That's stupid.
I've watched hours of gameplay on Twitch, and it's not an "easy" game. The bosses take strategy and good control of movement to beat. It's not for everybody. Not sure I want the torture.

Yeah I appreciate that, I just didn't understand how I could use all of my ammo on him (I had nothing left) while staying out of reach and him not staying alive. I got to the end of the chapter with maximum ammo, there was literally nothing else I could throw at him!

Pretty sure some bosses are scripted to not die until they've chased you around and around. Might be wrong about that, but looks that way. There's a guy playing on Akumu mode with no upgrades, and I watched him fight the "octopus" thing that hides in a ceiling vent about 40 times. He's was still trying to kill it when I quit watching.
On "survivor" mode it seems players have to wound it and make it retreat to the vent twice before they kill it.
That means a lot of running avoiding it. Not sure exactly about the mechanics, but there's a lot of room for experimentation - if getting killed a lot doesn't bother you. It bothers me.
Getting the RPG seems to make for quick kills, so maybe the bosses just have enough health to make killing them with small arms difficult.

Made it to Chapter 10, then put it on god mode to finish. Easy decision, since I could never finish it otherwise.
Just got tired of all the running around to not get killed by bosses. Not good enough with the keyboard.

I'm playing it little by little trying to savor it because some of the levels are cakewalks
