How good are mine specs for new games?

Hello everybody. I just wanted to know what do you think about my new computer. Is it good for games and other stress? Would you use a computer like this? Tell me, please.

    Motherboard: ASUS P5Q-E
    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 3,06GHz
    Memory RAMs: Kingston 2GB DDRII 800 MHz (x3 = 6GB)
Hard disks: Samsung 1000GB Sataii 32MB
Video card: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD4850 1GB
Optical driver: Samsung Sata 22X DVDRW Black WO/NER
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Premium 64bit

I left out some other things but I think you can analyse something with these too.

Hello FinnBoy & Welcome to Seven Forums :)

You new PC seems very nice! I'd certainly use it!
I'd say that i'd be able to handle most things you chuck at it and perform admirably

SHould be able to run most games on high. If anythings going to let it down itl be the vid card, 4850 great bang for buck, but ultimately is not a powerful card.

    6 GB isn't enough?

And FinnBoy you should be good with just about anything short of Crysis (the hardware has been made yet to run that game properly).

Just to echo the others sentiments here:

You should get smooth gameplay from the majority of games, although you will have to lower a few details on most of the newer titles.

You should be able to run most games on high it just depends on what resolution you will be running the games at.
