There's also Battle.net for Blizzard games like Diablo III and Starcraft.
Isn't Battle.net just multiplayer network? And is it even still relevant today?

Anyway I think Stephanie was just looking for game platforms like Steam, or Origin. These guys not only manage games, but also sell games through their game managers.

As far as I know, you can't play the Diablo games, Starcraft, WoW or Hearthstone without launching the Battle.net launcher program. It also has a store built in and manages your Blizzard games. So, it's pretty much exactly like Origin, UPlay and Steam, just for Blizzard games.

Wow. Never knew Battle.net morphed into a Steam like game manager. I guess everyone is going the way of Steam.

    Thanks.

Yep. It's a bit annoying though. As of now I have 5 different launchers installed for my various games.

Really wish they'd all just merge into Steam.

Agreed. Origin & Blizzard should just partner with Steam or something. I know it's an OCD thing, but I hate the way that Origin (non-steam) games look in my steam library (or in the big picture). but if I want to play SC2, I have to launch battle net. :-/

I must admit though, I dig that Origin tries to do thing a little differently with their play before you buy stuff. And the occasional free game. Battlefield 3 for 99 cents right now. etc.

But it would be nice if they all just merged into Steam or found a better way to integrate into the launcher at least.
