Not sure what to upgrade next

I have my computer specs listed. Can anyone tell me what I should upgrade and in what order I should do so in. I am pretty new to gaming computers

Here's what you need to upgrade:
    Graphics Card
Motherboard (Replace it with a better ones IMO)

And for the best upgrades don't ask me, I'm not so good with it :X

If you want gaming performance, then the GPU first. So upgrade the GPU. After that, upgrade the mobo and cpu to Intel. After that, then the psu.

My two cents: I would consider getting an SSD as it will speed up loading times and "loading lag" (lag due to textures and assets loading) considerably.

Alos my buddy gave me a EVGA Geforce gts 450 GDDR5 but i was told my BFG geforce 250 would have better performance. the 450 also looks like it may have over heated there is definite heat marks by the dvi ports and kind of smells fried.

an SSD is the best thing i've ever put in my system, my only regret is that it's not very big and you have to choose what you want to install selectively, I install my games that I play frequently on my SSD and use a mechanical for non intensive games.

The 450 outperforms the 250 everytime, it's a generation in front so it naturally will, I'd consider giving it a stab and see if it still works but I wouldn't hold my breath if it smells cooked.

I would not plug in a card that has had the smell let out. It could damage your motherboard.
