Steam Installation on all user accounts not wanted

My nephew installed Steam on the computer; however, it shows up on all the User accounts. How do I get this to only go on his account, is it as simple as uninstalling, re-install and hopefully get the option to only install "this user"?? Thanks.

You should be able to uninstall from your user account independently, without affecting your son's steam installation, if it is affected, then you can just reinstall on your son's account and see if it allows you to only install for this user account only as you have stated above.

Umm don't bother uninstalling, just move the shortcut from the Start Menu and move it to his Start Menu in his user account. You can find the path to these online.

Start playing his games. Nothing like free games.
