Oddly I'm getting the error for Halo 2: Live failed to initiate

I am getting the oddest message.
LIVE Gaming on windows failed to initiate. This may be because another LIVE Gaming on Windows application (Such as the Halo 2 dedicated server) is running on the same machine. Otherwise, reinstalling the game may fix this problen.
I have reinstalled 3 times, and nothing happened. I didn't install the dedicated server or any extras. I also dont have any other games for windows other than Bioshock 2, but I havent installed it. I plan to look further into this to see if I can find anything, even though there isnt much I have found.
Thanks for everything you guyes can do.

And P.S. I may not respond right away due to college.

Every now and then this pops up and I need a way to fix it without having to change the target "-window" in Properties and then having to exit out and change them to windowed mode again.
