    I thought only certain publishers had their keys locked that way, and that as long as they are not Russian keys then they are fine for any area.

I get a bsod when starting GTA 4, i think its something to do with avast however. Please help finding what is causeing the bsod. Zipped Files attached. Computer build is about a month old. Thanks.
