Games randomly crashes to windows during gameplay

I've had this problem for quite awhile; while playing csgo or fifa, they both would randomly crash and the screen goes black. The windows error popup would show that the error is apphang1. I've tried running sfc/scannow and it shows that there are some files that could not be repaired.
