    Sound Cuts Out in cutscenes

Ok so i am having a really annoying problem and i haven't found anyone else with the exact same problem yet so anyway what is happening is when ever i play a game and a cut scene plays after about 5 seconds all the sound cuts out the cut scene team speak Skype everything and in order to get it back i have to disable then re-enable my headset then it works again but if the cut scene is still going then the sound cuts after 5 seconds again but this only happens in the cut scenes of games not when i am playing the game or doing anything else so does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

is there anything else that's wireless interfering with the headset, sounds like desynchronisation with the receiver to me...

I get audio stutters on my USB headset, been told there's not enough power getting to it so might be worth switching to a different port that can deliver the power needed.

i don't think it is my headset as i have tried other headsets and speakers and they all do the same thing and if it was desynchronisation y would it only happen in the cut scenes of games?

so sound cuts out specifically with cutscenes, which maybe pointing toward an issue with bink video player then, have you tried re-installing the game again which always causes it?

yes i have but this doesn't happen in just one game any game that has cut scenes causes the sound to cut out which is making me think that it is a problem with direct x but i have tried everything i can think of short of re-installing windows to fix the problem
