GTA Power of the Ninja crashes when I try to open

I have currently downloaded the game "GTA Power of the Ninja" which is modification of GTA San andreas on the basis of a anime called "naruto Shippuden"
And when I open it ' my aero theme mode changes into basic mode and game doesn't open. And after that basic again turns into aero

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-BIT

Means that you have done something wrong during the mod installation. I cannot help you further because I do not install Total Conversions in my GTA, Sorry

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

This is my typical response when a game won't run:

- "Run as admin"
- Install DirectX 9.0c
- Install Visual C++ 2005/2008/2010/2012 redistributable - x86 versions, also x64 versions if you have 64bit OS (doesn't specify in your spec list) from MS website, after installing these search Windows Update, install Service Packs
