Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption

I cannot for the life of me get this to work, regular Star Wars - EAW works fine but when I try to play the FOC expansion it won't work and I get this exeption that I uploaded to be read.

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
    12GB of RAM
    GeForce GTX 295

    Why won't it work?!

If the regular version works with no problems why would the expansion not work?

I know this is an old topic, but I found that this patch has helped me run the game on Windows 7.

    Download FoC Vista Patch (Unofficial)

Further kudos to omegazero: I absolutely could not get FoC to run on Windows 7 64-bit. I downloaded the patch from the link omegazero posted, and as of Feb. 1, 2010, the patch was clean of spyware and viruses using Malwarebytes and Avast. After the patch, FoC worked perfectly!
