Need help finding a graphics card for casual gaming

Hello I currently just have built a pc but without a case(I don't need one) and I want to upgrade my graphics card. Which graphics card should I get for casual gaming with the following games:

    Call of Duty: Black Ops
Call of Duty: Black ops 2
    Counter-strike:global offense
    The elders scrolls V: Skyrim
Call of Duty: World at War

And that's basically it. Here is my build:

    RAM: 2 of these: Kingston Technology ValueRAM 2GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL11 DIMM SR x16 Desktop Memory KVR16N11S6/2 at Amazon.com

    rest of my part list:

I grabbed a spare hard drive from my shelf: 1tb seagate HDD

    OS: Windows 7 64-bit

GPU Currently: I have an Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS from an older PC.

So, which gpu is best for those games I want to play? Thank you in advance

Also my budget is 100 bucks or less, and I'm going to upgrade my dual core to quad core here soon.

I'm just going to throw this out there, it is really hard to find a decent GPU that will run things well for 100 dollars or less.

The best I can say is go on Ebay and look for trusted sellers who have decent GPU's for sale. Something along these lines.

    Refurbished Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5770 1 GB GDDR5 SDRAM PCI E X16 840777044780 | eBay

But again from Ebay there is always some form of risk associated with that. Getting anything new that will run those games at a good framerate is pretty difficult.

That being said, if you are willing to stretch your budget a bit out to perhaps 150 dollars AMD has some pretty good options.

XFX Radeon R9 270 2GB Core Edition Video Card (R9-270A-CNFC) - PCPartPicker is pretty good value for the money and you would be able to play most games on that.

You`re not going to find anything good for $100

This is about as cheap as you can go to play those games properly.

All of those games except for Skyrim should run fine with a $100 graphics card. CSGO runs fine on older computers with graphics card not older than 2007 (Except for entry-levels).
