ONLY thing i could say is try re-installing the game again but this time do so with :Elevated Admin Rights:... (right click setup.exe and left click on Run as Administrator)... follow all instructions.

Perhaps there is a new DRM that you skipped.

That or go to the game folder and change the admin rights.

Thanks for that i have been through all of that checking right etc. and reinstalling it 6 times as for Elevated adim rights i don't understand that but i will research it other than running set up with admin rights which i do and i am admin as well. but as far as i understood if you were the only person on the system and your administrator WPC is not activated any how??

well tried that as well still the same...

You would think that but you'de be wrong

Not as bad as Vista but still, everything you install must have elevated admin rights, which like I said before, all it means is... Right Click on .exe and then Left Click on Run with Admin Rights.

Sometimes windows does not let me edit my own folders because the properties are Read-Only so you must make sure the folder is capable of being written as well.
