    Game Boosters

Just a simple question. " Do they actually work?" Never used one . Thank you.

Could you elaborate a bit please? Would be good to know more! I thought they were supposed to quit unecessary processes in the background to free up resources for gaming? Did you find this wasn't the case?

The issue isn't whether or not game boosters free up resources. The issue is whether the savings are significant. A game booster can't do anything about non-system processes and non critical system processes consume generally insignificant resources during game play anyway.

My reasoning here is that I read other posts here and decided not to try. Sorry for not being more specific. :)

They will never work. The user themselves is the only one who can squeeze the juice out of their systems for maximum performance with the help of some tips from the Internet and your own knowledge :)

    Hi,
Fill in your system spec's page with the link above my signature so we might have a better idea what you're working with.

Ah I see, so essentially they're trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist? That is, insignificant resources. How can they get away with that if people know it doesn't help?
