New PC and strange lag only in some games

    Hi,
I'm new here on this forum, i would like to get some skills with hardware and system madness.

I don't know if this is the right thread for this, but I have some issues with my new PC.
I just bought a new custom build (I builded it myself), windows 7 64 on it, everything is working well, ...
And just on somes games like Witcher 3 (my favorite one ), Skyrim Special edition and COD 4 Remastered, I have a very strangle lag : every seconds, there is a freeze that doesn't last, but make the game unplayable.
But stranger, the game is working (very) fine on many game :, Infinite warfare, assasin's creed Syndicate, Gwent, ...

I tried many things, the only thing that changed something, making Black ops 3 playable was to change from 60hz to 59.440hz in the game options.

    Sorry for my english.

    Thank's for your reply

    - Open device manager and look for yellow alerts of drivers.
    - Does your games use the internet (on line)?
    - Is Malwarebyte running on the background?
    - Try to turn Avast off while you play.
    - Chrome has a memory resident tracking programs. Shut them off.

Check this first... Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements

Make sure you have the latest Audio and Video driver for your card.

Ingame Options check to see if V-sync is turned On or Off and change it.

Also, make sure you have installed the latest Patch/Update for those games.

Native Resolution for the monitor and game... meaning if your monitor is at 1920 x 1080 the game should also be set at the same resolution.

    good Luck
