Rockstar crashing after profile selection menu

Everytime I try to start Rockstar 2014 edition it crashes after I selected a profile. It is through steam and Uplay. I unistalled Uplay as well thinking it would make a difference. It is giving me this error

That's a weird error to get from Rocksmith, unless the files have become corrupted somehow. You've allowed Steam to give it all of the updates it requires?

We'll look into the BEX problem. In the meantime, please download and run this tool and post the results. That will give us more relevant information on your system so we can try to see what the problem is.

Thank you Mellon head, that thread you sent me to was the answer I was looking for! Would you know how to prevent that from updating?

You can go into Windows Update and hide that particular update, then Windows will ignore it and you won't have any more trouble with it.

I should have asked, are your Nvidia drivers up to date?
